Most of our fountains are made-to-order and are customized to the finish of your choice. Lead time is typically 2-3 weeks, and shipping takes about 3-5 business days. If you need your fountain by a certain date, please contact us and let us know your time frame.

Some of our smaller fountains ship via UPS/FedEx. All of our larger fountains are shipped via freight. When they are shipped freight, the driver will always call to schedule an appointment for delivery.

We do not install the fountain upon delivery, however, all of our fountains are fairly easy to install and instructions are provided. Many of our customers hire a local landscaper to install the larger fountains.

Samples can be purchased and they are sent priority mail so they arrive quickly. They are 3 for $25, however, you will receive this back upon purchasing a fountain so there is no charge for the samples. To order samples, please give us a call at 1-888-562-7602.

For algae, we recommend using Fountec Fountain Cleaner. For other water deposits, we recommend using Protec Fountain Cleaner. Both can be purchased on our site and more information is available by clicking on the links.

Any fountain that contains a large "spill" or several "spills" is going to be more audible. Any fountain that has the water run down it without a spill, will have more of a "trickling" sound. An example of a louder fountain would the Finial Spill Fountain in Crested Pool or the Falling Water II Fountain.

Many of our fountains can have an auto refill system added for an additional cost. Please ask on the specific fountain you are interested in and we can let you know if one can be added or not.

Yes! We have several fountains that include lighting, but for the ones that do not include lighting we can help guide you to pick the right lights to add to your fountain.

Your fountain will need to be drained, cleaned, and covered before freezing temperatures reach your area. It is also recommended to store the pump, drain pipes, and all other small components indoors. For a more detailed explanation on winterizing your fountain, please send us an email and we can send you a detailed attachment for proper care of your fountain during cold temperatures.

It depends on the birdbath you choose to purchase as many of them are custom made. They all ship via UPS/FedEx so you can expect to receive your birthbath in 1-3 weeks.

Yes, on several of our birdbaths, there are many finishes for you to choose from.

Birdbaths are best placed near shrubbery, plants, and trees. It's also best to be placed where it is easily able to refill and change out the water of your birdbath frequently.

The key to keeping a birdbath clean is frequently changing out the water and wiping it down as needed. You do not want to use any harsh chemicals as this will affect the birds. If there is build-up of algae or other deposits, we recommend using a small scrub brush.

The fresher the water is in your birdbath, the more birds you will attract. It is advised to replace the water about every 2-4 days

It is best to not leave birdbaths outside in freezing temperatures as the moisture may fill the inside and cause it to crack. If the fountain must be left outside, it needs to be cleared of all water and a cover may be placed over it to protect it from moisture accumulating inside the bowl. If your birdbath has a circulating pump, remove this and all other small components to store inside during the freezing temperatures. It is also recommended to have the pedestal/base raised off the ground so it does not freeze to the ground.

It depends on the model. Our chimenea fireplaces ship quickly, within a couple days. Some of our larger ones, typically ship within 1 week.

Bio Ethanol Fuel is made from corn, and this makes it a clean and sustainable energy source. There is no clean up with using ethanol fuel as it leaves behind no soot or ash.

Each fireplace holds different amounts of fuel, but 1.5 hours will last approximately 5 hours.

No, ethanol does not have any odor when burning.

Many of our fireplaces have a storage place underneath it for the propane tank. However, most of the ones that do not have a storage place, a matching propane tank cover can be purchased, and it also serves as an end table. Also, longer hoses can be purchased as well.

Chimenea fireplaces have many wonderful benefits. First, they have a flue or chimney that drafts the smoke upwards, keeping smoke and soot away from people surrounding the fire. They also have better protection from wind while the fire is burning, they have little maintenance, and they are fuel efficient.

Neither of them is better than the other, it's just off of personal preference in looks and the way it feels. If you want more air flow, then you would want to go with a rope hammock. The fabric and quilted hammocks have less air flow, but this can allow you to enjoy it further into the cooler seasons as it keeps more of the breeze out.

If your hammock has an overall length between 6'-10', then you would want to go with a 10' stand. If your hammock overall length is between 10'-13', then you will want to go with a 15' stand.

While our hammocks are made of durable material, it's still best to bring them in during harsh winters and long rain storms. Your hammock should also be placed in a shaded area, as constant direct sunlight can reduce the life of your hammock.

Yes. All of our hammocks are guaranteed for up to one year from date of purchase to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. Normal wear and tear, including prolonged exposure to harsh elements such as snow, rain, and heavy humidity, or improper storage is not covered by our warranty.

The space between two sturdy trees needs to equal the length of your hammock, plus an additional foot. This rule also applies to posts. Posts should be at least 6 inches in diameter, and set 2-3 feet deep into the ground. It's also a good idea to add quick-dry cement to the bottom half of the pole around your post.

This varies, but each of our hammocks lists how many pounds they can support. This can range between 240-600 pounds.

Our wall canvas art ships quite fast, usually within 1-3 business days after your order is placed.

All of our canvas wall art is protected with UV coating to prevent color fading. They are also waterproof and can easily be wiped with non-abrasive material. They can be placed indoors or outdoors.
